Motability Operations Ltd is recruiting a Customer Service Apprentice to join our team in Bristol on a full time basis. The 15 month apprenticeship offers hands on experience and a chance to develop skills across multiple customer‑facing teams.

You will rotate through licensing, documentation, and application support, gaining insight into the customer and dealer journey with Monday to Friday hours and monthly coaching to support development.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship program lasting 15 months with structured on‑the‑job learning.
• Locations and teams rotate to expose you to end‑to‑end customer journey.
• Enrolment on Customer Service Level 2 qualification during the programme.

Responsibilities

• Make and receive telephone calls as part of daily tasks.
• Support vehicle documentation and end of contract processes.
• Assist with application processes for customers and dealers.
• Develop customer service skills with monthly coaching.
• Contribute to improving the dealer and customer journey.
