The programme includes rotations through Vehicle Licensing and Documentation, Application Support, and Application Experience teams, with coaching and supportive development throughout the placement. The role operates Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

• 15-month customer service apprenticeship.

• Training includes college-led sessions at South Gloucestershire and Stroud College.

Responsibilities

• Support the application process for customers and dealers.
• Handle telephone calls and guide first-time customers through the application.
• Assist with vehicle documentation and end-of-contract processes.
