Job summary

Motus Commercials in Gloucester is seeking an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor to join the Service department. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8.00am–16.30pm, with a starting hourly rate of £8.00.

You will gain hands-on experience, support planning for workshop vehicles, and build strong customer relationships from day one. Qualifications

• An interest in motor vehicles is desirable.
• Enthusiasm, commitment, and confidence.
• Being highly motivated with an eye for detail.
• Driven by your own initiative
• An excellent communicator with the ability to maintain positive relationships.
• Minimum grade C / 5 in English and Maths is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service using various forms of communication
• Dealing with customer queries
• Assist with the daily planning of vehicles in the workshop
• Liaise with the workshop to monitor vehicle progress
• Scheduling services required for customers.

Motus Commercials located in Gloucester is on the lookout for a dedicated Apprentice Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly team in the Service department. This exciting new role will see you working:

5 days per week Monday - Friday, 8.00am - 16.30pm

Salary - £8.00 Per Hour
