Job summary

Specsavers in Workington is hiring a Customer Service Apprentice for a 13‑month paid full‑time apprenticeship. You’ll join a friendly, experienced team and gain hands-on training while working 38.75 hours per week, including a weekend day.

We offer £8.50 per hour, auto-enrollment into a pension scheme with employer contributions, Specsavers Perks, WeCare support, Headspace subscription, eye and ear care discounts, and an extra paid day off for your birthday.

We are currently looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing great Customer Service and would like to pursue a career in retail or management. This Apprenticeship opportunity will give you the chance to spend 13 months building the skills and confidence that come with training in a paid full-time job, all the time surrounded by a friendly, highly experienced team who will support you every step of the way.

Based in Workington, our store has off-site parking and bike lockups available.
