Job summary

Specsavers is seeking a Customer Service Apprentice in Barnsley. This 13-month paid full-time apprenticeship places you at the heart of our store, working with an experienced team to deliver outstanding customer service.

You’ll train in a busy retail environment, with a 40-hour week, weekend work as part of the role, and a supportive scheme including benefits and progression opportunities as you gain skills and confidence.

As a Customer Service Apprentice at Specsavers, you’ll be the friendly face at the heart of our stores working among a team of experienced professionals, delivering unmatched customer service every single day. This Apprenticeship opportunity will give you the chance to spend 13 months building the skills and confidence that come with training in a paid full-time job, all the time surrounded by a friendly, highly-experienced team who will support you every step of the way.
