Job summary

Specsavers is offering a Customer Service Apprenticeship in the UK. Spend 13 months training in a paid full-time role while being supported by an experienced team. You will develop the skills and confidence to deliver excellent customer care in a retail optics environment.

We’re looking for people who are passionate about service, enjoy teamwork, and are ready to learn new IT systems. This role includes weekend work and a comprehensive benefits package to support your growth and wellbeing.

So, you’re a proactive people person, passionate about retail and offering the best customer service? Sounds like you’d be a great fit here. So, if you’ve ever considered a career in optics, this Customer Service Apprentice role could be perfect for you.

We are currently looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing great Customer Service and would like to pursue a career in retail or management.This Apprenticeship opportunity will give you the chance to spend 13 months building the skills and confidence that come with training in a paid full-time job, all the time surrounded by a friendly, highly-experienced team who will support you every step of the way.

Our store

Based in Blaydon, our store has off-site parking and bike lockups available.
