Specsavers in Blaydon is offering a Customer Service Apprentice role. This 13-month full-time apprenticeship provides comprehensive training in customer service within a supportive, experienced team.

The position requires a proactive, team-oriented individual with strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn using IT systems. Includes a pension enrollment, Specsavers Perks, and wellbeing support.

So, you’re a proactive people person, passionate about retail and offering the best customer service? Sounds like you’d be a great fit here. So, if you’ve ever considered a career in optics, this Customer Service Apprentice role could be perfect for you.

We are currently looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing great Customer Service and would like to pursue a career in retail or management. This Apprenticeship opportunity will give you the chance to spend 13 months building the skills and confidence that come with training in a paid full-time job, all the time surrounded by a friendly, highly-experienced team who will support you every step of the way.

Our store

Based in Blaydon, our store has off-site parking and bike lockups available.
