Job summary

Specsavers in Norwich is offering a Customer Service Apprentice role, a 13-month paid full-time apprenticeship. You will join a friendly, experienced team in-store and gain hands-on training while delivering excellent customer service.

The program includes structured support and development opportunities to build skills in retail and leadership. The role requires enthusiasm for customer service, teamwork, initiative, and comfort using IT systems; strong communication and listening skills are

Job description

So, you’re a proactive people person, passionate about retail and offering the best customer service? Sounds like you’d be a great fit here. So, if you’ve ever considered a career in optics, this Customer Service Apprentice role could be perfect for you.

We are currently looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing great Customer Service and would like to pursue a career in retail or management. This Apprenticeship opportunity will give you the chance to spend 13 months building the skills and confidence that come with training in a paid full-time job, all the time surrounded by a friendly, highly-experienced team who will support you every step of the way.
