Job summary

Specsavers in Norwich is hiring a Customer Service Apprentice for a 13-month paid apprenticeship. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with weekend work, paying £8 per hour. You will train alongside a friendly team and gain hands-on experience in retail and optics.

You'll develop skills in customer service, teamwork, and IT systems, with ongoing coaching from experienced staff. This is a great start for a career in retail management within Specsavers.

We are currently looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing great Customer Service and would like to pursue a career in retail or management. This Apprenticeship opportunity will give you the chance to spend 13 months building the skills and confidence that come with training in a paid full-time job, all the time surrounded by a friendly, highly-experienced team who will support you every step of the way.
