Job summary

The Best Connection in Watford is seeking a Customer Service Analyst for a rotational Monday to Friday day shift, with a potential permanent role for the right candidate. The role includes monitoring KPI's, coordinating with transport and operations teams, and attending customer meetings. Some travel to Rugby may occur a few times per month.

Shift: 07:30–15:30 or 09:00–17:00, Monday to Friday; Friday work from home. Hourly pay £13.42 PAYE.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in transport operations or customer services.
• PC literate with Excel and Email.
• Ability to work to targets.
• Experience liaising with different levels of management.
• Good written and verbal English.

Our client based in Watford, is currently recruiting for Customer Service Analyst to work on a rotational Monday to Friday day shift. Potential permanent role for the right candidate.

Customer Service Analyst Main duties will include:

• Monitor and log KPI's
• Work closely with the transport and operational team
• Participate in customer meetings
• Must have some experience dealing with stakeholders
• Commuting to Rugby to assist at Rugby control tower - few times per month

Customer Service Analyst Shift:

• Rotational shift 07:30 - 15:30 and 09:00 - 17:00
• Monday to Friday
• Friday is work from home

Customer Service Analyst Hourly Pay Rates:

• £13.42 per hour PAYE

Experience Required:

• Ability to work to targets
• 1 - 2 years in transport operations or customer services
• PC Literate - Excel and Email
• Experience of liasing with different levels of management
• Good written and verbal level of English
