The Best Connection, a large logistics business near Birmingham (Hams Hall), is hiring 11 Customer Service Representatives. You will support a broad client base, log orders and resolve queries with professionalism.

Shifts vary 07:00–18:00, training is provided, and you will work with in-house systems to deliver a high standard of service in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Handle high volumes of client queries and log orders accurately.
• Provide a positive customer experience for internal and external clients.
• Work as part of a team to meet agreed timescales.
• Be computer literate and able to use in-house systems.

Our client, a large global growing logistics company based in Hams Hall, Birmingham requires 11 Customer Service Representatives.

Responsibilities/Experience required:

• Working with a large number of existing clients and logging orders.
• Providing a great customer experience to internal and external clients.
• Dealing with customer queries professionally and efficiently
• Working within a team environment and to agreed timescales.
• Skills on Microsoft office/Exel
• Computer literate (you will be operating various in-house systems)

Shift's vary from 07:00 - 18:00 from Monday to Friday :

• 0700 - 1530
• 0730 - 1600
• 0800 - 1630
• 0830 - 1700
• 0900 - 1730
• 0930 - 1800

Rate of pay :

£12.74 per hour
