Job summary

The Best Connection in Watford is seeking an Account Manager / Customer Relationship Manager to nurture constructive relationships with customers at all levels and to own the monthly review process and reporting pack.

You will coordinate with TJX Logistics, BVS and Customs teams, manage stakeholder needs, and drive team development. One day per week travel to Rugby with a standard 09:00–17:00 schedule. Fri work from home.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain division, ideally with a retail customer.
• UK & EU Transport experience.
• Customer relationship management skills.
• Management of teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain constructive relationships with internal and external customers at all levels.
• Lead monthly customer review process and prepare Period Reporting Pack.
• Coordinate with TJX Logistics, BVS and Customs teams.

Job description

Our client based in Watford, is currently recruiting for a Account Manager / Customer Relationship Manager to work on a Monday to Friday day shift.

Account Manager / Customer Relationship Manager Main duties will include:

• To ensure constructive relationships with internal and external customers at all levels
• Stakeholder in the monthly customer review process, the creation of the Period Reporting Pack and associated actions
• To establish and continue the development of strong two-way relationships with the TJX Logistics, BVS and Customs teams.
• Must have some experience dealing with stakeholders
• Ensure career plans in place to deliver team development & succession planning for the account
• Commuting to Rugby to assist at Rugby control tower - 1 day per week

Account Manager / Customer Relationship Manager Shift:

• 09:00 - 17:00
• Monday to Friday
• Friday is work from home

Account Manager / Customer Relationship Manager Hourly Pay Rates:

• £21.02 per hour PAYE

Experience Required:

• Experience in Supply Chain division, ideally with a retail customer
