Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting an Account Manager / Customer Relationship Manager for a Monday to Friday day shift in Watford. The role focuses on building strong relationships with customers and internal teams, supporting monthly reviews and action follow-ups, and ensuring succession and development plans for the account.

Travel to Rugby once a week is required for on-site coordination, with Fridays offered as remote work.

Job description

Our client based in Watford, is currently recruiting for a Account Manager / Customer Relationship Manager to work on a Monday to Friday day shift.

Account Manager / Customer Relationship Manager Main duties will include:

• To ensure constructive relationships with internal and external customers at all levels
• Stakeholder in the monthly customer review process, the creation of the Period Reporting Pack and associated actions
• To establish and continue the development of strong two-way relationships with the TJX Logistics, BVS and Customs teams.
• Must have some experience dealing with stakeholders
• Ensure career plans in place to deliver team development & succession planning for the account
• Commuting to Rugby to assist at Rugby control tower - 1 day per week

Account Manager / Customer Relationship Manager Shift:

• 09:00 - 17:00
• Monday to Friday
• Friday is work from home

Account Manager / Customer Relationship Manager Hourly Pay Rates:

• £21.02 per hour PAYE

Experience Required:

• Experience in Supply Chain division, ideally with a retail customer
• UK & EU Transport experience
• Customer relationship management skills
• Management of teams
