Are you a customer service professional looking for temporary work in Birmingham, Perry Barr? Look no further! Our client is currently seeking a Customer Service Agent to join their team. This is a mix of account management of looking after some of their customers and also dealing with any inbound calls, this is all business to business work so there will be no dealing with the general public on the phone. There will also be some general administrative duties maintaining their own systems and inputting data.

THIS IS A TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT CONTRACT!

Hours are Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 16:30 Friday - 08:30 - 15:15
