Job summary

GI Group Main Account in Littlehampton (BN17) is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a temporary 6-week contract. You will provide frontline support to patients and healthcare professionals, handling calls and emails, processing orders, and coordinating deliveries with strict confidentiality.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 08:45–17:15 (37.5 hours/week). Salary is £13.85 per hour, paid weekly. On-site parking, gym membership discount, and full training are provided.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls for Line 1 clients in a fast-paced environment
• Place and process orders accurately over the phone
• Respond to customer queries with clear updates and first-time resolution where possible
• Complete admin tasks, including processing paper prescriptions (role is primarily telephone-based)
• Escalate issues and follow agreed procedures
• Maintain accurate documentation and deliver a professional customer experience with full training provided

Duration: Temporary contract from 2nd November-18th December

Customer Service Advisor in this role provide front-line support to patients and healthcare professionals, helping to manage the ordering and home delivery of medical supplies for people with long-term health needs. You'll handle calls and emails, set up and update customer/patient records, process orders and queries, coordinate deliveries, and resolve issues sensitively while working accurately and in line with confidentiality and healthcare compliance standards.
