- Ability to provide unrivalled customer service and work to SLAs.
- Strong interpersonal skills across departments.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries from first contact through to resolution.
- Support the sales team by converting quotes to orders.
- Deal with a high volume of customer calls during the winter peak.
- Record data accurately in our systems and keep customer records up to date.
