Job summary

evri is hiring 20 Christmas Customer Service Advisors on fixed-term contracts in Leeds, with hybrid working. Roles start in the first weeks of November for a 10-week period, at £12.83 per hour (£26,019.24 per year). You’ll handle customer enquiries, resolve queries, and support deliveries during peak season.

This fast-paced role offers a chance to gain experience with a leading UK parcel carrier, develop communication and problem-solving skills, and contribute to a high-volume festive operation.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• A positive attitude and passion for helping customers.
• Confidence speaking to customers over the phone.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

• Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Handling customer enquiries via telephone and internal systems.
• Investigating parcel and delivery-related queries.
• Resolving customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Taking ownership of customer cases and seeing them through to resolution.
• Providing updates and support throughout the customer journey.
• Working closely with operational teams, couriers, depots, and ParcelShops.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and case notes.
• Supporting team performance and service level targets.
