Rachel Hill Resourcing is recruiting a friendly and reliable Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Leighton Buzzard. You will assist customers, handle enquiries and provide a high level of service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include responding to enquiries by phone, email and in person, processing orders and updating records while maintaining a calm and professional manner. This temporary-to-perm role requires 37.5 hours per week, with no remote work.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
