Job summary

Office Angels in Staines is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for a long-term temporary assignment starting immediately. The role is office-based, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm, with an ongoing temporary contract.

You will handle inbound calls and emails, deliver excellent customer service, maintain accurate records, and liaise with internal teams to resolve queries efficiently. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service and administration experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident using Microsoft Office systems

Responsibilities

• Handling inbound telephone and email enquiries
• Providing excellent customer service and support
• Updating and maintaining accurate records; resolving customer queries efficiently and professionally
• Liaising with internal departments to ensure effective communication
• General administration duties as required
