Qualifications

• Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Contact Centre, Call Centre, Customer Care or Member Services.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A confident and professional telephone manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a positive, proactive approach.
• Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for all incoming member enquiries via telephone and email.
• Delivering a professional, friendly and efficient customer experience on every interaction.
• Building strong working relationships with colleagues across the business to ensure queries are resolved quickly and effectively.
• Championing the customer by ensuring their needs remain at the heart of every decision.
• Updating customer records accurately and maintaining high levels of administration.
• Working collaboratively with the wider Customer Service team to achieve service excellence.
