Job summary

Confidential in Cardiff is seeking a Customer Service Adviser on a 6-month assignment, starting from the end of November. The role pays £13.62 per hour for a 37-hour week, with office-based work at first and then hybrid once you are competent.

The rotating 4-week pattern runs from 08:00–18:00, with no weekend work. Training is provided to help you deliver excellent customer outcomes and support the customer journey.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre.
• Good communication skills with the ability to navigate multiple applications.
• Enthusiasm for achieving the right outcome for customers.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with phone enquiries and establishing whether further action is required
• Completing notes on the in-house system to ensure an accurate log of conversations
• Reaching out to customers via e-mail and letter to provide the relevant information
• Triaging enquiries and escalating when required
