Job summary

BUUK Infrastructure in Cardiff seeks a Customer Services Advisor to deliver high-quality support across multiple utilities, responding to queries, processing orders, and handling payments. You will contribute to customer loyalty and business growth, while following regulatory guidelines and maintaining accurate records.

The role offers a rota-based schedule (8am-8pm Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm Sat) with hybrid working for eligible staff and a 4-week training block starting 30 November 2026.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
• Experience of working with customers or members of the public.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office programmes.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer queries across multiple channels within timescales and quality measures.
• Represent the company positively and have helpful conversations with customers.
• Aim for first contact resolution and deliver high-quality service.
• Assist with inbound sales and sign-ups for retail brands where appropriate.
• Keep customer records updated to aid future interactions.
