Job summary

Yolk Recruitment Public Sector is partnering a Welsh organisation to recruit a team of Customer Service Advisers for a 6-month project in Cardiff. The role involves handling phone enquiries, logging interactions, and contacting customers by email or letter.

Starting from the end of November, the position offers £13.62 per hour, a 37-hour week with no weekends, initially office-based and moving to hybrid. A credit check and DBS are noted as part of the process.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work across several applications.
• Enthusiasm to ensure the right outcome is achieved.
• Contact centre background would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Dealing with phone enquiries and establishing whether further action is required
• Completing notes on the in-house system to ensure an accurate log of conversations
• Reaching out to customers via e-mail and letter to provide the relevant information
• Triaging enquiries and escalating when required
