Job summary

Red Recruitment is hiring a Customer Service Advisor for our client in the financial services sector based in Glasgow. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls, resolving queries and ensuring compliance with FCA guidelines.

This role offers £13.15 per hour, Monday to Friday shifts between 7am and 11pm, generous holiday allowance, and the potential to work remotely after an initial 3 months.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Office.
• Previous experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Previous experience in a financially regulated environment desirable.
