Job summary

Workwell Contractor Solutions in Chester, United Kingdom, is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join the team. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, emails and live chats, becoming the first point of contact for contractors and aiming for first-contact resolution.

The role offers 3 office days per week with a hybrid setup, 9:00–17:30, and a prorated salary around £25,275, plus benefits such as pension and health schemes.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
• Confident and professional communicator with a friendly approach.
• Strong problem-solver: able to think on your feet and prioritise tasks.
• Empathetic, patient and a team player with great interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven mindset with comfortable working to KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries across campaigns via phone, email, and live chat.
• Make outbound calls to support customers with inquiries.
• Aim for first-contact resolution where possible.
• Complete administrative tasks as assigned by your manager.
• Work towards set KPIs to ensure excellent service delivery.
