Job summary

Workwell Contractor Solutions in Chester, United Kingdom, is seeking a Customer Onboarding Advisor to guide new contractors and customers from referral through activation. You’ll balance accuracy, compliance and commercial awareness to deliver a simple, proactive onboarding experience.

You’ll engage proactively, explain identity and Right to Work requirements, own onboarding cases in CRM and drive KPIs while delivering excellent customer care and clear progress updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or onboarding in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear, confident communicator with professional demeanor.
• Able to own onboarding processes and manage multiple customers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers through registration and onboarding.
• Explain identity, Right to Work, compliance and onboarding requirements clearly.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and inform customers of progress.
• Take ownership of onboarding cases and drive progress toward activation.
• Promote Workwell Plus and Care Packages when they provide real benefits.
• Work toward KPIs for customer success, quality, compliance and conversion.
