Job summary

Workwell Contractor Solutions in Chester is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join the team, working three days a week in the office. You’ll be the first point of contact for our contractors, handling inbound and outbound calls, emails and live chats to resolve queries efficiently.

You’ll aim for first-contact resolution, meet KPIs, and perform administrative tasks as assigned. The role offers a structured environment with salary stated and a focus on excellent service.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Confident, professional communicator with a friendly approach.
• Able to prioritise tasks and work towards KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound queries across campaigns via phone, email and live chat.
• Make outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries.
• Aim for first-contact resolution wherever possible.
• Perform administrative tasks as assigned by your manager.
• Work towards set KPIs to ensure excellent service delivery.
