Job summary

Workwell Contractor Solutions in Chester is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to be the first point of contact for our contractors, handling calls, emails and live chats to resolve queries efficiently.

You will manage inbound queries, make outbound calls, and strive for first-contact resolution while meeting KPIs. The role rewards clear communication, empathy and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident and professional communicator with a friendly approach.

• Willing to learn payroll services quickly.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer queries across campaigns via phone, email, and live chat.
• Make outbound calls to support customers with their inquiries.
• Aim for first-contact resolution wherever possible.
• Complete administrative tasks as assigned by your manager.
• Work towards set KPIs to ensure excellent service delivery.
