Job summary

Angard Staffing is recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join a Royal Mail contact centre in Coventry on a temporary 12-week basis. The role involves providing first-time solutions by phone and email, handling calls and complaints, and maintaining service quality within set handling times.

A mandatory three-week training program is required with no annual leave during training. The site operates around 37.5 hours per week, with shifts between 8:00 and 18:30, Monday to Saturday.
