Job summary

Love Success Recruitment is recruiting for a number of Customer Service Agents to support a fast paced fashion brand in London. You will handle inquiries, process orders by phone and email, and assist customers across channels.

This role offers 37.5 hours per week, a four-month contract, and a hybrid working pattern with four office days and one from home. You must be prepared to work shifts including weekends on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Experience handling queries via email, telephone and live chat.
• Willingness to work full time and complete various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Placing telephone/mail orders for customers.
• Responding to a high volume of queries via email, telephone and live chat.
• Looking up stock for customer requests.
• Contacting customers to ascertain data omitted on orders.
• Knowledge of all product lines.

We are looking for a number of dedicated Customer Service Agents to join a new and exciting team our client, a fabulous fashion organisation are seeking exceptional staff to support their customers with a wide range of enquires and queries.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Placing telephone mail orders for customers
• Responding to a high volume of queries via email, telephone and live chat
• Looking up stock for customer requests
• Contacting customers to ascertain data omitted on orders
• Knowledge of all product lines

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work FULL TIME AND COMPLETE VARIOUS SHIFTS

• 4-month contract
• 37.5 hours per week
• £13.85 per hour
• 4 days in the office / 1 day from home
• Monday - Friday + 1 weekend in every 3 (weekends are remote)
• Shift patterns:
  • 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
  • 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
  • 1:00 PM - 9:30 PM
• South East London BASED - MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO THE OFFICE
