FASHION PERSONNEL is seeking a temporary online customer service advisor for a luxury retailer in South East London. You will handle multi‑channel inquiries, assist with styling advice, and support packing and dispatch of online orders. Prior Shopify experience is a plus, and you must be immediately available.

The role offers a competitive weekly pay rate, paid holiday, and the potential to join a pension scheme. If extended, a generous staff discount and benefits package may be included.

• Experience in customer service roles is required.
