Based in Charlton, the Customer Service Advisor - Fashion role suits someone with strong communication abilities and a genuine interest in retail.

Working full time on a contract basis, the successful candidate handles telephone mail orders, answers a high volume of email, live chat and phone enquiries, checks stock availability and contacts customers to obtain missing order details. Familiarity with product lines is essential.

Love Success PLC offers up to £13.85 per hour plus holiday pay.

The successful candidate must have confidence using order systems, clear written English and the ability to resolve problems calmly while representing a well‑known fashion brand.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Placing telephone mail orders for customers
• Responding to a high volume of queries via email, telephone and live chat
• Looking up stock for customer requests
• Contacting customers to ascertain data omitted on orders
• Knowledge of all product lines

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work FULL TIME AND COMPLETE VARIOUS SHIFTS.

Contract: 4-month contract, 37.5 hours per week @ £13.85 per hour.

Working arrangements: 4 days in the office / 1 day from home. Monday – Friday + 1 weekend in every 3 (weekends are remote). Shift patterns: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM; 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM; 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM.

Location: South East London (Base). Must be able to travel to the office.
