Are you passionate about helping people and delivering great customer service? Do you enjoy solving problems and providing clear, friendly guidance? If so, we’d love you to join our team. We’re introducing a dedicated, friendly, and helpful telephone support team to assist colleagues and line managers with a variety of queries. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team that will evolve as we develop our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clear, accurate information and support to colleagues over the phone.
  • Aim for first time resolution wherever possible, escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain confidentiality and follow company processes.
  • Handle a variety of queries with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Work with other teams to ensure queries are resolved efficiently from start to finish.
What to Expect
  • Phone Line Focused: The role will start with telephone-based support and will grow to include chat and helpdesk support as our systems develop.
  • Working Hours: You’ll work shifts between 7am and 6pm, Monday to Sunday, for a total of 37.5 hours per week.
  • Location: Based in our Bradford, West Yorkshire offices, 5 days per week.
