A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to handle inbound calls and assist distressed customers at the RAC Call Centre in Walsall. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, be calm under pressure, and able to work flexible shifts, earning £12.21 per hour plus bonuses.
Customer Service Advisor
£12.21 per hour plus monthly bonus
25 hours per week (must be able to complete 3 weeks of full time training)
Monday to Sunday 7am-10pm (must be fully flexible to work any shifts between these hours on a rota basis)
Based on-site in Bescot, Walsall
We are currently recruiting for an Inbound Customer Service Advisor working for the RAC Call Centre based in the Bescot Area in Walsall. The RAC is one of the UK’s biggest and most well-recognised companies operating in the Motoring industry. Their office in Walsall is ideally located for workers who commute by both public and private transport, thanks to its large, free on-site parking, as well as its proximity to both a bus stop and train station which has regular links to Walsall and Birmingham City Centre.
