Job summary

Capita Recruiting Partnering Project in Coventry is seeking a Recruiter to attract and recruit for the British Army. You will interview candidates, guide them through their bespoke recruitment journey, and deliver exceptional candidate experiences while meeting local targets.

The role involves leading attraction events, working with educational providers, managing diverse stakeholders, and using social media to engage candidates.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and guiding candidates through their journey.
• Strong customer service mindset with a results focus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Utilise social media tools to attract and engage candidates.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Demonstrate IT literacy with MS Office.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.
• Familiarity with Army Careers is advantageous.

Supporting candidates throughout their bespoke recruitment journey to join the British Army as Recruiter in Coventry.

You will take responsibility for delivering diverse and inclusive attraction and recruiting activities in the local area. Delivering exceptional solution focused customer service which is tightly measured against targets and candidate feedback.

What you'll be doing:

• Interviewing candidates and working consultatively to support them throughout their bespoke recruitment journey
• Providing an exceptional candidate experience
• Attending and leading attraction events to raise candidate awareness of Army careers
• Working with educational providers to promote awareness of careers within the Army
• Managing relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
• Using the latest social media tools to attract and engage with candidates
• Experience of providing excellent Customer Service
• IT Literate using Microsoft Office Suite
• Must have a full UK drivers' licence
• Familiarity with Army Careers and/or experience of recruitment, would be an advantage
