Capita Recruiting Partnering Project in Exeter is seeking a Recruiter to support the British Army’s recruitment journey. You will deliver diverse attraction and recruiting activities in the local area and provide excellent customer service, with a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement and events.

The role is based at the Exeter office, offering a salary of 28,000 with benefits and a supportive training environment.

Qualifications

• Experience of providing excellent Customer Service.
• IT Literate using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Full UK drivers licence.

Supporting candidates throughout their bespoke recruitment journey to join the British Army as a Recruiter in Exeter.

You will take responsibility for delivering diverse and inclusive attraction and recruiting activities in the local area. Delivering exceptional solution focused customer service which is tightly measured against targets and candidate feedback.

This role is based out of our Exeter office.

What you'll be doing:

• Interviewing candidates and working consultatively to support them throughout their bespoke recruitment journey
• Providing an exceptional candidate experience
• Attending and leading attraction events to raise candidate awareness of Army careers
• Working with educational providers to promote awareness of careers within the Army
• Managing relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
• Using the latest social media tools to attract and engage with candidates

Essential qualifications/skills/experience

• Experience of providing excellent Customer Service
• IT Literate using Microsoft Office Suite
• Full UK drivers licence

Desirable qualifications/skills/experience

• Familiarity with Army Careers and/or experience of recruitment, would be an advantage
