We’re recruiting for Customer Service Advisors to earn £12.21 an hour.

Customer Service Advisor Role:

Delivering excellent customer service, you will have the opportunity to assist our customers with day-to-day queries regarding their pension.

  • Updating personal information with high attention to detail.
  • Processing requests for written information to be sent to our members.
  • Providing accurate information from our knowledge/customer databases.
  • Explaining our processes and setting correct expectations.

You will be responsible for working in accordance with the company Risk Management Framework and complying with company policies, including participation in risk management and mandatory training, to protect the business, interests, and reputation of the Group.

Pay:

£12.21 per hour.
