Job Description

  • Delivering first-rate customer service and handling escalated customer inquiries.
  • Guiding and coaching a customer service team to meet company objectives.
  • Implementing strategies to improve service levels and customer satisfaction.
  • Developing and maintaining excellent product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Participating in the development of customer service policies and procedures.
  • Reporting on team performance and customer feedback to senior management.
  • Representing the company professionally in all customer interactions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Customer Service Advisor should have:
