Shift Pattern: Monday to Sunday, working 5 out of 7 days, between 8am - 6pm
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Pay Rate: £12.33 per hour, with weekend work paid at 1.5X rate

Job Description:
As an Inbound Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers who need assistance with their accounts. Your primary duties will include amending account information, resetting passwords, and performing general account maintenance. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
* Assist customers with amending account information and resetting passwords.
* Perform general account maintenance tasks.
* Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding their accounts.
* Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.
* Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
* Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Required Skills:
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to handle high call volumes and work under pressure.
* Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
* Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
* Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
