Overview

This is a temporary role working 5 out of 7 days including a Saturday. The role is due to take place until December and no holidays are to be booked in this period.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers, handling inbound calls with professionalism and warmth. You'll assist with enquiries, process orders from our catalogue, and offer tailored product recommendations to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer queries efficiently and courteously
  • Process orders and provide product information from our catalogue
  • Identify customer needs and offer suitable products to maximise sales
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet targets and KPIs
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales (call centre experience is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
