Job summary

Manpower UK in Preston is seeking a temporary Customer Service Advisor to support the Tax-Free Childcare campaign. The role is based at West Strand Business Park, PR1 8UY, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am–6pm, with pay starting at £12.71 per hour and rising to £13.45 after twelve weeks.

You will handle customer enquiries, resolve issues promptly and collaborate with colleagues to hit service targets, delivering a positive, flexible service with a customer focus.

Job description

This temporary Customer Service Advisor role with Manpower UK is based at West Strand Business Park in Preston, PR1 8UY. Working 37 hours weekly, Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm, the successful candidate supports the Tax-Free Childcare campaign, helping families access Government support towards childcare costs. Duties include handling enquiries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently, and collaborating with colleagues to meet service targets. Applicants should demonstrate a positive, flexible approach and strong customer focus. Pay starts at £12.71 hourly, rising to £13.45 after twelve weeks. Customer Service Advisor Shift Times: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm. 37 hour week Pay Rate: £13.45 (after 12 weeks) starting on £12.71 Location: West Strand Business Park in Preston, PR1 8UY.

Ideally you will have worked in a customer service role before, but if this is your first role or a career change don''t worry as we provide all the training and support, you''ll need. At a minimum you should have:
