Job summary

Express Recruitment is recruiting a Customer Sales Advisor for their busy team in the Eastwood area. The role involves handling telephone-based customer service, explaining technical information clearly and guiding customers on products and services.

You will manage multiple orders and inquiries, with opportunities to upsell and build strong relationships. The position offers a basic salary of £25k-£30k plus up to £200 monthly bonus, 32 days holiday, and access to a company gym, with genuine

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers, including email and online chat.
• Provide guidance on products, services, and solutions.
• Identify opportunities to upsell products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of customers and transactions.
• Prepare documentation including invoices, proformas, credit notes, and shipping labels.
