Job summary

Everyone Active is hiring a motivated individual to help expand our extensive membership base and advise customers on the best membership options to achieve their fitness goals. The role requires enthusiasm, excellent communication, and a results-driven mindset, with days, evenings and weekends worked.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Help expand Everyone Active's membership base by engaging with existing and potential customers.
• Advise on membership options to match customer goals and needs.
• Be proactive in hitting and overachieving targets.
• Handle inquiries via telephone, face-to-face, and email with professionalism.

The successful candidate will be responsible for helping expand Everyone Active's extensive membership base, advising both existing and potential customers on which membership option will best suit them in delivering their fitness and activity goals.
Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role who is ready to embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week.
