Job summary

Everyone Active is seeking an ambitious, self-motivated individual to support health and safety, drive customer service excellence and back the team across our busy leisure centres. The role requires supervisory experience at a busy leisure centre, the ability to lead a diverse team, and a strong focus on cost control and income generation.

You will work day, evening and weekend shifts; DBS clearance is required. A competitive salary plus free membership across 220+ centres is on offer.

Job description

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting health and safety, driving customer service excellence and supporting the team. Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Individual to take on this role and embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week.

National Pool Lifeguard, First Aid at Work & Pool Plant Operators qualifications are desirable. This position will involve day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays and will require a DBS to be completed prior to starting.
