Job summary

Everyone Active is seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to support our leisure centre operations in Millom. The role focuses on supervising the team, delivering excellent customer service, and promoting our brand mission of activity for all.

You will lead a diverse team, manage resources, and contribute to income generation while upholding our values. DBS and background checks are part of the appointment process.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role at a busy leisure centre.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse team and uphold company values.
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
• Proven track record in cost control and revenue driving.
• Excellent time management and deadline discipline.

Responsibilities

• Support health and safety and drive customer service excellence.
• Lead and motivate the team to achieve goals.
• Ensure high service standards and effective day-to-day operations.
• Manage resources efficiently and help drive income across departments.
• Complete checks and references as part of recruitment process.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting health and safety, driving customer service excellence and supporting the team
Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Individual to take on this role and embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week,

• Have experience in a supervisory role at a busy leisure centre
• Be able to lead and motivate a diverse team fully embracing our company values
• Be focused on high customer service standards
• Have excellent verbal, written and IT communication skills
• Create an environment where colleagues can achieve their full potential
• Have a proven track record in cost control and driving income in all areas of the business
• Demonstrate exceptional time management and deadline compliance
• National Pool Lifeguard, First Aid at Work & Pool Plant Operators qualifications are desirable. This position will involve day, evening and weekend work, including public holidays and will require a DBS to be completed prior to starting.
