Job summary

Halfords in Norwich is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to welcome customers, manage job bookings in our in-house system, and address technical concerns they may have.

You will be part of the Autocentres team, with a 44-hour week and a comprehensive benefits package. The role offers an uncapped bonus scheme and opportunities for progression within a leading motoring services business.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• IT literate and able to navigate basic systems.
• Ability to handle difficult situations professionally and calmly.
• Experience working towards and achieving targets.
• Ideally, experience in an Autocentre environment.
• Must have a full UK driving licence with less than 9 points for vehicle collection/delivery.
