Job summary

Adecco is recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor in Dundee, Scotland. The role offers a hybrid pattern with on-site training for the first 6 weeks at the Dryburgh Industrial Estate. Full-time, 35 hours per week, with shifts across early and late patterns.

Salary ranges from £13.98 to £23.22 per hour, with enhanced rates for evenings and Sundays. The client emphasizes exceptional service, empathy, and professional handling of customer queries across multiple channels.

Customer Service Representative

If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you to shine as a Customer Service Representative!

Location:Dryburgh Industrial Estate, Dundee, DD2 3TN & home based (flexible hybrid working pattern)

Enhanced: £16.23 (hours worked 20:00 – 00:00)

Sunday's after 8pm - Midnight £19.73

Hours: Full time, 5 days, 35 hours per week

Shifts between the hours of:

• Early Shift Pattern -hours between 7:00 - 17:00
• Late Shift Pattern - hours between 13:00 - 23:00
• All Shift will have Flex start times within 45 min window.
• Shifts and Start time will be provided 4 weeks in advance

Training:

Office based on site for the first 6 weeks

Duration: Temporary Ongoing Contract
