Job summary

Dynamite Recruitment is assisting an industry-leading Fire Security business in Chandlers Ford to recruit a Customer Service Advisor. You will respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, in a fast-paced environment, working Monday to Friday (37.5 hours) on a permanent basis with structured training and ongoing support.

Join the team to maintain accurate records, liaise with engineers when needed, and ensure customer satisfaction through professional interactions while staying up to date

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or call center preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and stay organized.
