Job Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide customers with information about their waste management services and policies.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Process orders, schedule waste collections, and update customer accounts.
- Work closely with external teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions.
- Assist with administrative tasks as required.
The Candidate
- Previous experience in a B2B customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
