Customer Service Advisor - 6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Join us as a Customer Service Advisor on a 6-month fixed-term contract at DPD Bristol, Oakwood Drive, Emerson Green, BS16 7LR.

  • Location: DPD Bristol, Oakwood Drive, Emerson Green, BS16 7LR
  • Working Days: Monday to Friday and Tuesday to Saturday (rotating)
  • Hours: 10am - 6pm

Role Description

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will support internal and external customers regarding parcel collection and delivery, working closely with drivers and management to resolve issues efficiently.

  • Respond to queries about delivery status and provide Proof of Delivery (POD)
  • Investigate missing parcels and resolve delivery disputes
Candidate Requirements
  • Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Strong communication skills and confident telephone manner
  • Polite, professional, and customer-focused
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated with problem-solving skills
